Brian Wruble – Plan Reviewer/Building Inspector. Brian is a Master Code Professional building inspector.   He holds eighteen certifications in all disciplines with the State of Pennsylvania and over twenty two with the International Code Council.   Brian served on the Governor’s Review and Advisory Council (RAC).   The seventeen member RAC is a diverse statewide group of industry professionals that review newly proposed codes then provides their recommendations to the Governor and the Department of Labor & Industry for their approval.   L&I Certification #001051.

John Witherite – Plan Reviewer/Building Inspector.  John is a multi-certified building inspector.   He has earned seventeen inspection certifications with the State of Pennsylvania through the Department of Labor & Industry.   He has been a building inspector since 2004.   He has been employed in some aspect of the construction field since 2004.  John served in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged.   L&I Certification #002925.

Jack Carns – Plan Reviewer/Building Inspector.  Jack is multi-certified with residential and commercial inspection certifications with the State of Pennsylvania through the Department of Labor & Industry.  He has been in the building  inspection field since 2007.  He serves on the Occupational Advisory Committee for the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center.  L&I Certification #004027.

Derek Swatsworth – Plan Reviewer/Building Inspector. Derek is multi-certified with residential and commercial inspection certifications with State of Pennsylvania through the Department of Labor & Industry. He has an associate degree in Architectural Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology and over eighteen years of experience in the building and construction industry.
