Brian is a Master Code Professional building inspector.   He holds eighteen certifications in all disciplines with the State of Pennsylvania and over twenty two with the International Code Council.   Brian served on the Governor’s Review and Advisory Council (RAC).   The seventeen member RAC is a diverse statewide group of industry professionals that review newly proposed codes then provides their recommendations to the Governor and the Department of Labor & Industry for their approval.   L&I Certification #001051.

Bill Kulbacki - General Manager/Plan Reviewer/Building Inspector.  Bill is an International Code Council certified Master Code Professional building inspector.   He holds seventeen certifications in multiple disciplines with the State of Pennsylvania and over twenty two certifications with the International Code Council.   He has over thirty five years of experience in the construction industry.   He served as the President of the Code Officials Alliance of Pennsylvania (COAP).   He is a past Board of Director for the Pennsylvania Association of Building Code Officials (PABCO) and the DuBois Little League.   He served on the Building Committee at the Garfield Masonic Lodge #559 and the technical advisory committee at Triangle Tech.  L&I Certification #000955.

John Witherite - Plan Reviewer/Building Inspector.  John is a multi-certified building inspector.   He has earned seventeen inspection certifications with the State of Pennsylvania through the Department of Labor & Industry.   He has twelve years of experience in the building inspection field.   He has been employed in some aspect of the construction field for twenty-four years.  John served in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged.   L&I Certification #002925.
