All plan reviews are completed by International Code Council (ICC) Master Code Professional Plans Examiners. Our experts provide you with a quick turnaround time, helpful consultations to expedite the approval process, the ability to discuss technical code provisions to aid with the project design preparation, written detailed plan review comment transmittal sheets for your records and comments and fair prices for services rendered.

We are now offering an electronic plan review service. For large projects, plans can be sent to our office on a CD for review, and smaller projects can be emailed to us at pennsafe@verizon.net

Fees are based on square footage of finished areas of all buildings multiplied by the cents per sq. ft. from the Table below.

(1) Fees adjusted to the nearest dollar amount
(2) Unfinished basements (all use groups) - no charge
(3) Resubmitted plan review fee $75 per hour for commercial, $65 per hour for residential
(4) Individual discipline and specialized reviews $75 per hour, 3 hour minimum
(5) Preliminary Plan Reviews will be charged at $75 per hour for commercial, $65 per hour for residential
(6) Refunds requested in writing prior to review completion will be granted minus 50%
(7) All reviews will be performed in accordance with the PA UCC and will meet timeline provisions therein
(8) Special consideration for discounted rates will be considered for all large scale projects. Call for further information.
(9) Minimum charge for commercial is $250.00
(10) Minimum charge for residential is $150.00
(11) Pennsafe reserves the right to modify the fee schedule accordingly
